Arrival and departure times are normally at 11:00 and 16:00, but if possible on agreement. In the low season we do not put the arrival and departure of guests on the same day to keep it quiet for everyone.
Arrival

ARRIVAL | There are several ways from Prague to Horka, my favorite is via Roudnice or Ústí - they are the most picturesque. Don't let the navigation lead you to the town center - just after the entrance to Krásná Lípa, turn left, via Elišky Krásnohorské street and Wolkerova street, past the Luční bar towards ours. If you are coming from Dresden or Berlin, the steep Fibich Valley (Fibichovo údolí) will lead you to us - avoid this and take the square, past Dittrich Park and then along the contour. The navigation will have found us by then, the house is a bit hidden behind a hazel fence. Don't go into the dead end by the fencing, but turn right and you are here. Please drive slow (20 km) on the dirt roads in the residential area, otherwise the neighbors will get dust in their windows.
KEYS | are in the grey box outside the entrance, in the safe with a code you receive the day before you arrive.

Departure
The housemaid comes in any case - to mop, dust, clean the bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, etc., to replenish supplies. If necessary because of C-19 or allergies, she also completely disinfects the house with ozone and treats handles and surfaces. This is included in your financial contribution, for our peace of mind :)
We normally ask guests, especially in this kind of community mode, to
- put all things outdoors and indoors back in their place,
- take off the sheets,
- remove all food items,
- sweep up or vacuum (especially if you have dogs),
- put the dishes in the dishwasher,
- take out the garbage (plastic bin) and the ash tray/fire pit (metal bin).
Kind of a normal clean-up. If someone doesn't have the time or the mood for it, it doesn't matter, it's just that the housemaid spends a few more hours here and there's a fee 70 EUR.
It usually takes 5-6 hours to clean the house, even longer with dogs. We need to know what to be ready for in time to prepare the house for the next guests.
The housekeeper will take care of a thorough cleaning - mop, dust, wash the bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, etc., replenish supplies. Leave the keys in their original place.
