The house has two floors - ground floor and first floor. Above the first floor there is an attic and a cellar in the basement - they serve as service spaces. Guests can use about 70 m² of the ground floor and 50 m² of the first floor.
The entrance to the house is on the lee side, facing away from the car park. You enter the rear space with bathrooms and toilets. On the ground floor there is one self-contained room with a sitting area and piano. And then there is the main lounge - dining room with kitchen area and two French windows to the garden. There are also two bathrooms and two toilets.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms and in front of them there is a hall, which most often turns into a playroom. But it's also been a meeting room. Two other doors lead to the cupboard and the attic - where we traditionally keep our clutter and treasures, as attics tend to be for. The views are wide and open, the sun is rising in a way that will pull you out of the bedrooms. And the sunset is best enjoyed from the dishwashing area or the garden.
The house has three double bedrooms, two comfortable extra beds, two XXL couches and countless mattresses. For babies there are two cots and two high chairs. From May to September you can also sleep in the glamping teepee in the garden.
Designed as a room for grandparents or moms who don't want to be upstairs. The most self-contained, close to the kitchen and bathrooms, with its own living area. It has a piano and a vintage fireplace.
The canopy bed is the best. Folding table, extra bed, chest of drawers, dresser with mirror and view of the orchard.
A massive oak bed, a large work desk with a monitor, a chest full of treasures and a porcelain touch lamp from one of the oldest still functioning porcelain factories.
Kitchen, dining room, living room
Open kitchen with equipment for gourmets, stove with a grill and rotisserie needle, dishwasher... fireplace and French windows to the garden. Here you will be comfortable in any season, in any weather.
Both bathrooms and both separate toilets are on the ground floor in the entrance area. One bathroom has a bath and washing machine, the other has a shower overlooking the grassland. Towels, hairdryer and cosmetics are here.
The house has a very simple layout, both floors include a hall. The one on the ground floor is used more as a place to drop off things "on the go", the one upstairs is a popular playing room, reading room or additional sleeping space.
From mid-May to the end of August we build a tee-pee in the orchard with an indoor room, mattresses and duvets. A kind of light glamping. It's a Nordisk Alfhaim 19.5 teepee, for 10 people according to the manufacturer - in our experience it's comfortable for 4 people, in 2 rooms and a spacious entrance. The teepee is 100% cotton, you feel the air and the natural elements beautifully there.
