In the house there are 4 spacious rooms, living room, kitchen, two halls, storage room, and a conservatory. There are two bathrooms with a toilet. The door to the north facing terrace, pleasantly shaded in the summer, is the gateway to complete privacy as you cannot be seen from any side. Kaménka is yet to undergo major renovations (bathrooms, floors, sauna, fireplace, etc.). So we have made it available in the POP-UP regime, which has worked well so far.
Ground floor
Behind the entrance porch you will find a spacious hall, a living room with a secret closet on the right and a kitchen on the left. Take the stairs down, as this used to be the stables. You'll soon find that the lights are also in the hallway. At the end of the entrance hall is an area we call the conservatory and you can go out to the north terrace. It's lovely to hang out there in the summer, it's one of the few places with shade.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a corner bath, a toilet and a view towards Vlčí hora (Wolf Mountain).
1st Floor
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, each with a different layout. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and a toilet. Views of horses and cows, and from the top window of one of the rooms you can see up to Horka89. If you have friends there, you can use a torch to make a sign if the fire is already on and they can come over :) This is one of the children's favorite activities.
Common areas
The separate kitchen and lounge are a luxury, both rooms are spacious and create a base for larger groups. The XXL sofa bed in the living room is a potential comfort bed for those who don't want to or can't go upstairs.
Room 01 | Upstairs
A reliable canopy bed with views of the horizon as well as the hillsides. Table, chairs, clothes rack, lamps - that's it. And, of course, the omnipresent art.
Rooms 02 | Upstairs
Two single beds, extra bed, table and clothes rack.
Room 03 | Upstairs
Continental double bed, table, chair, extra bed and clothes rack.
Room 04 | Upstairs
A solid oak double bed, two workplaces, a clothes rack and spare mattresses disguised as a sofa. Lovely views over the barn and meadows.
